RL Policar

RL Policar is a Fullerton, California-based digital marketing expert with over 15 years of professional expertise in content development, including management, blogging, social media, photography, videography, scriptwriting, and graphic design.

RL Policar graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. After over a decade in the information technology area, RL was rapidly lured to the intriguing world of marketing.

In 2007, he co-founded many bicycle-related websites with a business partner. Due to the popularity of their websites, RL decided to leave the area of information technology and pursue digital marketing full-time. He was hired as the IT/Digital Marketing Manager for a sports apparel firm in Orange, California, using his newly acquired skills and knowledge. This is where he oversaw the company's complete online presence, including sales and marketing via ecommerce. He established a blog for the company and produced thousands of videos advertising the brand and products/services supplied.

Regrettably, the company was having financial difficulties, and RL was eventually laid off. However, this was not a setback for him; rather, RL began selling his marketing expertise as a service to both local and national brands involved in sports apparel, as well as other businesses involved in automobile and motorcycle aftermarket parts. He also obtained a number of clients during this time period who created a variety of health and cosmetic goods.
